Claptone was one of the first names on the list of people we wanted to remix Romanthony. Finally, late last year, we sent him the Floorpiece acappella and that was it. Something clicked and he delivered this MONSTER of a remix.

Like Schatrax's "Mispent Years" or Inner City's "Ahnonghay", this is underground house music at its very best. Heavy garage beats, a dark'n'moody bassline and some killer keys underpin Romanthony's unmistakable story about his Dj-ing experience. Get ready Miami, Ibiza and beyond, this is a future anthem for sure.

Leftwing & Kody are on an amazing run of form that stretches back to their first record for OFF Recordings back in 2012. Since then their name has featured in almost every week of the Beatport Top 100 charts. Their blend of tough beats, hooky vocals and big basslines is loved the world over.

Here they do exactly what you would expect them to do and turn Roman's DJ anthem into a heavyweight house record that should have dancefloors everywhere bouncing to its beat.

Dogmatik main man Alex Arnout takes a more subtle approach. Fresh from his killer “One Nation” track with Tyree Cooper on One Records, the Circo Loco resident delivers a super deep bass-heavy mix filled with dubbed-out vocals and spacey arps. One for the afterhours…

The final remixes of "Floorpiece" sees GU up the toughness factor with two techier workouts from Kevin McKay and Metodi Hristov.

Kevin McKay follows up his heavily-supported single on OFF Recordings with another peak-time stomper. In keeping with his previous remix on Romanthony’s “Trust”, McKay takes Romanthony’s vocal on a heavy-duty trip. This time the acid is replaced with cascading synths and heart-melting strings and the overall effect is like a Dixon mix on 4 Es. Serious stuff.

Metodi Hristov's dj-friendly balance of house and techno on labels like Suara, Kote and Great Stuff have seen him garner a range of fans from Richie Hawtin to Audiojack. Here he delivers a typically thumping groove, filled with synth stabs and moody bass.

"The music is the power, The music is release."
