Chicago-based Azzecca releases her first remix of Tibasko's Still Rushing, following the success of her two debut releases, sustaining #15 in Melodic House & Techno with 'Other Side'. Diplo's Higher Ground label released these records, which gained support internationally from BBC Radio 1, SiriusXM and stations in Australia and Japan. Her wide-ranging sound has also landed her on club and festival lineups alongside Jamie Jones and Hot Since 82. Azzecca has been playing her Still Rushing remix out at every show 'I love using hardware synths, tweaking the filters etc live feels much more involved and hands-on for me. The acid line was made on the Novation Summit (with a lot of distortion!)' With support from Gorgon City playing it during their Printworks set.
In 2022, Tibasko garnered key tastemaker support from the likes of Jon Hopkins, Bonobo, Pan Pot, Haai whilst also having a record showing potential crossover success: 'Hawt' is Danny Howard's last hottest record of 2022, and the most played specialist record on BBC Radio 1, it's currently being playlisted by radio stations across the world. They were nominated BBC Introducing Artist of the Year and have an incredibly exciting year of US and European tours ahead.
