Sabor De Oriente ( Original mix) Leonardo Milano De Cuba
Changüí is one of the most important genres in Cuba. Originating from the East Coast Guantanamo region, Baracoa's sugar refineries and enslaved African communities, it combines the rhythms of the Bantu Region of Africa with the Spanish cancion and guitar and is the predecessor of son montuno. Here we have a very original fusion of the original Changüí sound combined with the swinging jazz sounds of Cuba's 40's when there was American influences coming in from the tourism and casinos. In Leonardo's signature style, adding the bass heavy four to the floor afro-house beats to make it complete. Turntables on the Caribbean Volume 2 is coming soon as well as more from Leonardo Milano De Cuba!
