The Gala song is a perennial dancefloor favourite, but it seems to be enjoying another real moment. CAMPS is the work of 25-year-old Melbourne-based techno DJ Anthony Campo. We first heard about his rework via Jen Payne, our resident party starter. Jen wanted to do a version too, but after chatting with CAMPS, it seemed like putting their two heads together to deliver one new banger would be the best way forward. And here it is. "Freed From Desire" with a slamming tech beat. The purists may scowl, but we've seen the reaction to this when it's been played out... Proper banger.
