Welcoming back FiNE with their follow up single to “Malori” titled “San Man” and their signature Afro House sound.
San Man was inspired by the boys upbringing in Botswana, where they spent time with the San people. They were always so vibrant and lively, using energetic song and dance to celebrate life. The men in the tribe had a strong, warrior-like presence.
Akin to the San men, San Man is powerful, with a lot of percussion and a very deep bass. A crucial element is the high pitched almost squealing lead, purposefully used to create a sense of chaos. The highlight of the track is the main drop which peaks with the vocal shout, before everything is stripped back to let the bass and the arp shine.
Tried and tested on some big sound systems, this one is best heard loud.
