Kerouac has been making music since 2001, His first releases were remixes on two respected labels, Treibstoff and Hypercolour.
Kerouac in those days was making all his tunes on hardware, making grooves informed from the experiences on the dance floor of The End in London.
Kerouac is also part of the production/DJ partnership Kerouac & SMILE and have had releases on Blind Vision, Hedzup, Surge, Indeep, Floorpiece, Music Related, Haas and many more. In 2015 the guys were lucky enough to be asked to play 3 hour set in Room1 at Fabric for the excellent WetYourSelf, an experience that they will never forget. This gave them the opportunity to build the sound and energy of the night right from nothing to peak time.
In 2019 Kerouac began a new project with Adam Ross, KRS Two. Making tracks with a more raw sounding edge, with a string of eps on Rawax, Pursim, Hossh and Music Related. The guys have enjoyed their music being supported by Fabe, Toman, Michael James, and most the Slap Funk crew.
