Alex Poet presents his latest release, '(Where Do I Begin?) Love Story', his soulful reimagining of the song made famous by Andy Williams and Shirley Bassey. Featuring the powerhouse vocals of house superstar Michelle Weeks, Alex Poet's fresh new take on this well-loved cabaret staple comes with a hypnotic, disco-flavoured remix by Richard Earnshaw.

London-based DJ and producer Alex has taken a camp classic and given it a classic house vibe, infused with lush orchestration, smooth piano and funky synths. It is released through his own imprint, Hot Slice Recordings.

'I always thought this song could be made into a fantastic house track,' says Alex. 'It's one of my all-time favourite songs and I knew from the start that Michelle was the woman who could bring this dream to life! I love the emotion that flows in her voice and she was such a pleasure to work with'.
