Jerome Sydenham goes out as Downtown Brooklyn Inc on this release for Ibadan. '10 Jay Street' is a downtempo Latin delight, with percussion and a sublime guitar lick leading into the track before a deep bassline enters the fray and pins everything together. Just when you think that's it, a superb flute line drifts in and takes over the track along with some great keys, resulting in one of the best laidback tracks we've had in ages. On the second mix Filipsson and Spencer chill the original out a little, taking out the Latin feel, fattening up the bassline and adding some great synth lines, turning the track into a truly deep groover.
